McIntyre Works

What I do

I find the work that's quietly costing a team, remove it, and measure the difference.

Most teams have a few jobs that quietly eat the week. Data copied between systems every Thursday. A report rebuilt by hand. A process everyone hates and nobody has had room to fix.

I find the one that costs the most, fix it, and measure the difference. Sometimes that’s an AI agent. Often it’s a small deterministic script. I match the architecture to the job and do the engineering myself.

How it runs

  1. 01

Find the work that's dragging on the team, and measure what it costs.

  2. 02

Rank it. The job that costs the most goes first, on the numbers rather than the noise.

  3. 03

Fix the top one, and measure the difference.

  4. 04

    Repeat.

Record

  • 1.5 daysa week, back to the team

Marketing-ops automation at a large Australian retailer. AI-assisted build, deterministic at runtime.

  • 50+teams

A delivery reporting tool built for one tribe at the same retailer. Then rolled out across a business unit.

  • 3xapplication starts

Digital experimentation practice at a retail bank. Implementation, deployment, and execution of a multivariate testing program.

About

Jack McIntyre, Sydney. Fifteen years in delivery across a digital consultancy, financial services and retail. Analytics and A/B testing, agile coaching, and a habit of building the tool nobody had time to build.

I measure, I build, and I’ve run delivery long enough to know where the friction sits.

Start

A sentence or two about the team and what’s dragging, and we’ll go from there.
